The Instructor...

Stephanie is a certified Tai Chi for Energy Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She is also a certified Personal Trainer (NPTI) and certified in CPR/AED and First Aid through the American Red Cross. After graduating from Oakland University in 2010, Stephanie started her own in-home training business and is currently training, as well as, teaching Tai Chi for Energy.

About Tai Chi...

Tai Chi is a form of martial arts that originated in China. Tai Chi for Energy combines Chen and Sun style Tai Chi to create a mix of fast and slow movements. These two styles along with breathing help create internal energy. It can be done at a variety of ages and levels, as it can be modified to fit people's individual needs.
